Genuine Natural White Sheepskin Rug 2x6 Feet - Soft Double-Layered Sheepskin Rug for Living Room, Bedroom, or Nursery - Luxurious & Hypoallergenic Home Decor

I was very disappointment to find that the sheepskin appears used. We paid for a new one, as it was a gift. The back of the skin was obviously worn. The stickers were unreadable and worn. The entire back appears that it was dirty and was washed, but remained rather stained and dirty. The quality of the sheep skin seems good, and there was only a faint hint of the cleaner used. It is nice and soft, but not the beautiful rug pictured.The rug I received is not nearly as plush as the one in the picture. And it is very easy to see that the 2 sides stitched together do not even come close to matching. One of the sides came from IKEA, as the sticker on the back shows. The rug suffices as it does what I want it to do, but it's not nearly as nice as I wanted it to be.Love it! However, I chose Ivory/White and it looks like I may have gotten the Champagne color. Because this is real sheepskin, I'm sure the colors are going to vary from rug to rug. Even though I would have preferred something more white than cream, it still gives me the looks I was going for. I wanted something for my dining room table bench and was considering buying 2 smaller rugs but opted for one longer rug, instead. I'm keeping this b/c I think it still looks pretty cool and fits perfectly on the bench. If you want something super white (and much thinner) you may want to consider a faux sheepskin.The quality of the sheepskin was disappointing. The color was uneven, the fur was thin, and the width not as expected.I ordered the same thing from another source and the quality was very significantly better.I read all the reviews of this item before making my purchase. I have a couple of similar rugs that I bought from other vendors, with which I am happy. This item is just as advertised, so I don't understand the negative reviews. I think it's a bit overpriced, but it's very soft and cozy on my bare feet. It is a runner, so don't expect a full sized rug, but I recommend this because it is just what I wanted and expected based on the description. Plus the same day delivery was nice.Bought the cream originally, it was incredibly yellow and nothing like any of the pictures. Returned it for the ivory - still yellowish, but a lot better than the cream. Also the 2 pelts are slightly different textures. One is straighter, while the other is waiver/curlier. Either way it looks decent, decided to keep the ivory one.Really more of a yellowed off white than an Ivory white so it doesn’t match my decor. On its own though it’s lovely and did feel much softer and nice once it had been thoroughly shaken out.Just bought two of these for my bedroom and they are completely different colors, the hair is Shorter on one, one is considerably larger than the other. They aren't as fluffy as the picture but still a pretty rug and good value. I guess since they are from a real animal no two rugs are the same. I needed these to match.***After writing my review the company contacted me and offered to send a replacement rug free of charge. Their customer service is great. So if you are dissatisfied with your order a they will make it right!
